April Check In

I know I?m supposed to do these every month and it?s already mid April but this is what happens when you are all over the place! So what?s new this month now that it?s half over? Wasn?t it just Easter like the other day? Seriously I feel like we are going to blink and then summer will be here! Not that I am complaining about the summer part. I just watched the latest Spy Kids movie with my son (Spy Kids 3 with Jessica Alba) and it was so funny to me that the guy was stealing time. I feel like someone is stealing time from me. Have you seen the movie? At one point the dad says ?I swear I just had five minutes extra!? or something like that. I feel like I?m in the middle of that movie where the bad guy is taking time away from me. So what have I been up to besides product reviews and writing?

Well by now you?ve noticed the new blog design. I loves it, what about you? I?m still offering styling and social media managing so check out the hire me page if you want some help with your outfits! I?ve been working with a coach (love her! Check her site out here) another Dominicana who?s goal is it to help you achieve yours! She?s been really keeping me on track with everything. The design probably wouldn?t have happened if she didn?t keep kicking me about it.

I?m loving Rihanna?s Talk That Talk , Juan Magan?s Bailando Por El Mundo, Omega (which I?m not sure why I?m so into him since his voice is not the best?or like Celia Cruz would say?not very good looking) I?m also in love with my new(ish) iPhone and have Pandora, I heart radio and DJ Lobo app which doesn?t work too well for me at times. And I need my DJ Lobo mixes in my life!

Since my iPhone I have been downloading apps like crazy the ones I?m using the most (besides Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter and Get Glue) are Evernote for blogging and note taking on the go, the WordPress app (you can review and approve comments as well as reply to them) FeedlerRss to keep up with my Blog Hermanas on the go and Shop Savvy to check out deals on products I?d like to purchase before committing.

Speaking of purchases, my latest shopping purchase is this really pretty origami pencil skirt from Asos in black. I can?t wait for warm weather, pants never fit right and I?m so over wearing them! We had that two day warm up a few weeks back and I brought out my maxi dress for one day! So how would you wear this pencil skirt? I would definitely have to tuck the top in so that the detail can be seen at the top of the skirt.
